Join a workspace or a community

To access Sekoia.io, you need to either have an existing account or be invited to join a workspace or community by a current user who has the appropriate permissions to add new members.

When you are invited to join a workspace or community, you will receive an invitation email. This email contains a link to join the platform.

• Open the invitation email: Look for an email from Sekoia.io with the subject line indicating an invitation
• Click the Join button: Click on the Join your new community button within the email
• Follow account creation steps: You will be redirected to a page where you can follow the account creation steps to set up your account.

Sometimes, the invitation email might be redirected to your spam or junk mail folder. If you do not see the invitation in your inbox, please check these folders.
